The Northern Health and Social Care Trust is one of five health trusts in Northern Ireland which became operational on 1 April 2007.

We provide a broad range of health and social care services for people across the local council areas of Antrim, Ballymena, Ballymoney, Carrickfergus, Coleraine, Cookstown, Larne, Magherafelt, Moyle and Newtownabbey.

Services are provided from nine different hospitals and a large number of community based settings including people's own homes.

The Trust is geographically the largest health and social care trust in Northern Ireland - it operates from approximately 150 locations and provides services to a population of 443,079 people.
